Annual meeting of CAAC is May 6
The Columbus Area Arts Council invites the public to its Annual Meeting, 4:30 to 6 pm on Monday, May 6 at the IU Republic Building, 333 Second Street. A welcome reception will begin at 4:30 pm with a special musical performance by the Columbus Symphony Orchestra, followed by opening remarks at 4:50 pm and a keynote presentation from LAA Office on their upcoming project at 411 Sixth Street. Light bites and drinks will be provided.

C'bus Area Arts Council invites public to review of local grants
The Columbus Area Arts Council (CAAC) announces the Indiana Arts Commission Region 9 Grant Review Panel for FY 2020 grants. Reviewers will convene at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 25 in the Barbara Stewart Room of the Columbus Area Visitors Center, 506 Fifth Street. The proceedings will begin at 10:30, with a break for lunch 11:45 to 12:45. Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe, but must remain quiet while panelists discuss the applications.
