Members of the Civic Life Center gathered for an evening meal on Sept. 25 to sum up the past year and to elect seven new board members of what was formerly known as Senior Resources or the Senior Center.
Approximately 650 residents from Columbus and the surrounding area joined the Alzheimer'Äôs Association Walk to End Alzheimer'Äôs in the fight to end Alzheimer'Äôs disease on Sunday, September 30 at Mill Race Center in Columbus, Ind. Participants raised a projected total near $90,000 to fund Alzheimer's care, support and research programs. Funds are still being tallied, and it is not too late to make a difference.
