Anthony & Kimberly (Woodard) Richart of North Vernon will be celebrating their thirtieth wedding anniversary on September 24. Mr. Richart is employed at Aisin USA in Seymour. Mrs. Richart works at Hayden Elementary School. The couple has two children, Lyndsey and Caelib Richart, both of North Vernon. Gary and Phyllis Martin of Butlerville will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house hosted by their children, Saturday, Sept. 8 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Zenas Baptist Church, 7200 E CR 920N, Butlerville. Mr. Martin and the former Phyllis Patterson were married Sept. 1, 1968, at First Church of the Nazarene in North Vernon. Rev. Gordon Harris of Zenas Baptist Church officiated the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Martin are both retired. They are the parents of two children: Chad Martin (Dawn Renae) and Carrie (Jon) Roscoe, both of Butlerville. They also have four grandchildren. Gary and Theresa Farley of Seymour, Tennessee, will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house hosted by their children Saturday, Sept. 1, from 6:30 to 9 at Celebration Hall, 1524 N. Gardner St., Scottsburg. Mr. Farley and the former Theresa Short were married Sept. 14, 1968, in Commiskey. Mr. and Mrs. Farley both retired from Denso manufacturing. They are the parents of two children: Scott Farley of Simpsonville, SC, and Jennifer Collier of Seymour, Tennessee. They also have three grandchildren.
