Jennings County High School senior Arizona Harvey recently attended the Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) National Student Leadership Academy (NSLA) in Washington, D.C, representing JCHS and JAG Indiana.
The National Student Leadership Academy is an annual leadership development conference held for JAG students from around the nation in the nation's capital. This year's NSLA was attended by more than 800 JAG students. At the NSLA students have the opportunity to compete in a variety of Career Development contests such as: Financial Literacy, Public Speaking, and Employability Skills as well as attend a variety of leadership building workshops. Jeremy and Amanda Littrell of Scipio are the parents of a son, Kamden James, born Aug. 23, 2018, at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus. The baby weighed six pounds 15 ounces and was 20 inches long.
