THE DISPOSAL OF
Jennings County School Corporation has resolved to dispose of a quantity of surplus materials that are currently in our possession. These materials will be sold by sealed bids in several lots. The materials to be sold may be examined on Thursday, September 24, 2015 from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the storage building at the Jennings County Central Administration Office located at 34 West Main Street in North Vernon, Indiana.
Sealed bid forms will be available for bid submission at the Central Administration Building. All bids for each lot must be sealed in a separate envelope (provided) with the lot number, name, address and telephone number and/or cell number displayed in ink on the outside of the envelope.
Bids will be opened at 10:10 a.m. on the 24th of September in the Board Room of the Jennings County School Corporation's Central Administration Building. The most responsive and responsible bidder will be notified in person if present or by telephone of their successful bid. All items must be removed within 48 hours of notification unless prior arrangements have been made. The buyer of each lot is responsible for the removal of all items from the premises. Dave O'Mara Contractor, Inc., 1100 East O&M Ave., North Vernon, IN 47265, is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Dave O'Mara Contractor, Inc. Borrow Site on Rita J. Apsley property located on County Road 75 East, North Vernon, Indiana 47265, 0.3 miles north of US 50.
Furthermore, the project is located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 7 North, Range 8 East, Center Township, in Jennings County, Indiana. The proposed site will continue to drain, as it does under existing conditions, to Vernon Fork - Muscatatuck River.
