A North Vernon man was arrested on Sunday after methamphetamine was found in his vehicle following a traffic stop.
Jarod H. Schwacke, 24, was stopped by North Vernon Police Sgt. Andrew Richmond after Schwacke was observed committing a driving violation. Richmond was accompanied by K9 officer Heros.
