Senator Joe Donnelly's staff  files re-election petitions on his behalf
Jennings Election De-puty Brenda King accepts paperwork Wednesday morning from Jack Tormoehlen, a member of U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly's campaign staff. Tormoehlen, of Seymour, said he was heading to Jackson, Bartholomew and Johnson counties to file more petitions after Vernon. Filing continues for 2018 election
Candidates continue to file to run in the 2018 election, although the pace has slowed considerably this past week.
Filing since the report in last week's Plain Dealer are Frank Schneider (Democrat), an incumbent for the Sand Creek Trustee post; and Lori Blackburn (Democrat), an incumbent for Center Township Trustee.
Glen Sullivan, a Republican, also filed to run as a member of the Montgomery Township Advisory Board.
