Sentences pronounced after pleas are accepted

Alexander Ray Taylor pled to possession of meth, an L6F, and sentenced to 308 days with credit for 154 days; hence, the sentence was satisfied.

Adam Michael Fleming pled to battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, an L6F, and sentenced to 540 days with 12 months suspended to probation and credit for 89 days.

Robert Shawn Vetter has pled to habitual traffic violator for life, an L5F, and sentenced to 3 years with 1076 (808 days) to be served on home detention. He received credit for 2 actual days. The Sentenced is to be served consecutive to 2 L6F cases in another county.

Stephanie N. (Owens) Littrell has pled to neglect of a dependent, an A misdemeanor, and sentenced to 360 days with 358 days suspended to probation. She must complete 40 hours of community service by June 28.

Jamie Lynn Purnell has pled to possession of paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor, and sentenced to 30 days with credit for 3 days to be served by March 23 at 2 days at a time.

Rodney Calvert, Jr. has settled 3 L6F cases. He pled to institutional criminal mischief and 2 cases of possession of meth. He received 16 month sentences in each case to be served consecutive to each other. He received a total of 295 credit days and was recommended for purposeful incarceration for treatment of substance abuse while at the DOC. The court will consider a sentence modification upon successful completion of the program.

Ricki Alan Owens has pled in 2 cases of nonsupport of a dependent, both D felonies, and received 2 years in each case. The sentence were suspended to probation, to be served concurrently with 39 days credit.

Lonnie L. Hatton has pled to 2 counts of trespass, L6Fs, and was sentenced to 270 days on each count to be served consecutive to each other. The sentences were suspended to a total of 494 days on probation with 23 days credit.

Joshua Seville has pled to nonsupport of a dependent, an L6F, and sentenced to 18 months with 16 months suspended to probation and 28 days credit.
