Ryan Allen Hawkins, 46, has been charged with domestic battery, enhanced to an L5F after a previous conviction of battery in Scott County. In that case, he was sentenced Dec. 10, 2019 to 180 days in jail, with 18 days credit and 144 days suspended.
Douglas Wayne Barger, Jr., 30, 2089 W VanArsdall Ct, Columbus and Bradley Scott Farmer, 45, are both charged with battery causing serious bodily injury, an L5F; strangulation, theft of firearm and theft where the value is from $750 to $50,000. According to the police report, they saw a cell phone photo of their mother with a black eye and blamed the victim who they then beat up to the point he may need surgery to correct facial injuries. Allegedly, the victim was "choked out' by Barger and also suffered broken ribs and 2 black eyes. He was able to get to a neighbor's home before he collapsed.
A warrant has been requested for the arrest of Farmer.
Charles Denny Dixon III, 31, is charged with residential B&E, an L6F; and 2 counts of criminal mischief, B misdemeanors.
Marcella Fay (Olson) Burton, 51, 7995 N Hwy 7, Scipio is wanted for meth and maintaining a common nuisance, L6Fs; and paraphernalis, a C. Bond was set at $31,000.
Brandon Lee Beeman, 37, is charged with operating a vehicle after forfeiture of license for life, an L5F; possession of meth and maintaining common nuisance, L6Fs; and paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor.
James Leslie Earl, 40, is charged with possession of meth, an L6F.,
George D. Smith, 36, 1435 N CR 750 E, Butlerville is facing charges of strangulation, an L6F; battery resulting in bodily injury, an A misdemeanor; and disorderly conduct, a B.
Willie Joseph Spears, 32, 301 W Walnut, NV is charged with meth, an L6F; and paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor.
Three people face possession of meth charges, L6Fs, after their car was pulled over for having a light out and the drug was discovered. Charged are Trinity Dawn Kimbler, 19, who also faces maintaining a common nuisance charge; Brian Christian Loos, 27; and Michael Ray Turpin, 27.
Two out-of-county people have been charged after drugs were found in their car during a traffic stop. Tessa L. Nelson, 24, of Mooreland and Stephen Allen Stoltzus,, 34, of Milton are both facing charges of possession of narcotic drug, an L6F; and of paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor.
Richard Earl Evans, 23, 3156 Cliffshire Ln, NV is charged wth meth, an L6F. A deputy saw him drive by and knew he had a warrant out for his arrest.
Cody Douglas Burriss, 24, of Madison is charged with neglect of a dependent, an L6F; resisting, an A misdemeanor; and operating without ever having a license, a C. An officer saw him drive by and knew he was suspended. He then sped away to flee and had a child in the vehicle.
Dustin Scott Hendren, 27, of Madison, syringe, an L6F. He was allegedly passed out in a vehicle at Dollar General.

Michael D. Redkey, 33, 6525 N Priv Rd 525 E, NV, eth, L6F; and paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor.
