Robert Lee Anderson has pled to escape, an L6F, and resisting law enforcement, an A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 30 months for escape and 12 months for escape, both of which will be served concurrently and suspended to probation. He received 3 actual days credit.
He must pay $5904.86 restitution to the Indiana Public Employees Plan.
Mary Anastasia Boldery pled to possession of a legend drug, an L6F, and interference with reporting of a crime, an A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 18 months on the drug charge, with 16 months suspended to probation to be served concurrently to the 6-month sentence for the interference charge which was suspended to probation. She must complete 70 hours of service by Nov. 6, 2020.
Norma K. Stokes pled to maintaining a common nuisance, an L6F, and sentenced to 360 days suspended to probation with 3 days credit. She must complete 40 hours of community service by Oct. 20, 2020.
Jessica Nicole (Johnson) Datilo has pled to neglect of a dependent, an L6F, and sentenced to 540 days with 12 months suspended to probation and 1 day credit. She was ordered to complete 70 hours of community service by Oct. 12, 2020.
Johnathon Paul Saylor has pled in 3 cases: 2 counts of possession of meth, L6Fs, and to 1 count of residential entry, also an L6F. He received 360 days on both meth counts which were suspended to probation. He was sentenced to 280 days in jail on the entry, with 140 credit days. The sentences are consecutive to each other and to 2 cases in another county.
Marla D. Hankins has pled to criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, an L6F, and sentenced to 540 days with 12 months suspended to probation and 35 days credit.
Jacob D. Cook has pled to 2 counts of nonsupport of a dependent, both A misdemeanors, and sentenced to 1 year probation on each, to be served consecutively.
Sarak K. Gonzalez-Trejo has pled in 2 cases of unlawful possession of a syringe, L6Fs, and received sentences of 540 days on both with 12 months suspended on both. She is required to complete 70 hours of community service by Oct. 12, 2020 on each case.
Shane Michael Scott Cross has pled to criminal trespass, an A misdemeanor, and received a 360-day sentence suspended to probation with 1 day credit.
Johnny R. Hughes has pled to possession of meth, an L6F, and sentenced to 18 months, 12 of which are suspended to probation and 172/86 actual days to home detention. He must complete 70 hours of service by Oct. 13, 2020.
Trevor L. McIntosh, operating with controlled substance in body, an L6F, and sentenced to 2 years of which 11 months will be served on home detention. He received 1 day credit.
Laura L. Lamb, criminal trespass, an A misdemeanor, and meth, an L6F. She received 720 days on the meth with 24 months suspended to probation and 12 days on trespass to be served consecutively with 6 days credit. She must complete 70 hours of community service by Nov. 14, 2020.
