It turned out to be an expensive pizza.
Brandon Lee Malon, 20, 205 Long Street is charged with fraud, an L6F; and theft, an A misdemeanor after he allegedly paid for a pizza with someone else's debit card and took delivery and a bite out of the pie.
Rodrigo Tovar-Salguero, 45, 2060 N Manor Rd, NV is charged with domestic battery committed in the presence of a child under 16, an L6F.
Amanda Jolene Grajales, 30, 119 Dike St, NV is charged with theft with prior conviction, an L6F for allegedly shoplifting at Walmart.
Shane Allen Spears, 38, 2018 Hickory Cir E, NV is facing charges of intimidation where threat is to commit forcible felony, an L6F; and battery, a B misdemeanor. Apparently he was driving in Sav-A-Lot's lot and got mad at a teenage driver. He allegedly got out of his vehicle and confronted the teen, threatening to kill the young person.
Robert Carroll Summers, III, 25, is charged with auto theft, an L6F; public intoxication, a B misdemeanor. He allegedly took a relative's truck without permission.
Benjamin Martin Hawkins-Waters, 31, of Indianapolis has been charged with strangulation and domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16, L6Fs; and resisting law enforcement, an A misdemeanor.
