Anthony Fancher, Jr. has pled to burglary, an L5F, and sentenced to 4 years with 2 years suspended to probation and 545/409 actual days to be served on home detention to be served consecutive to an L6F case in another county. He received credit for 131 days. He was ordered to pay restitution to Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Co. of $27,042.
James Matthew Romero has pled to theft, a D felony, and sentenced to 2 years to be served as 702 days/352 actual days on home detention. He received credit for 8 days.
Richard Dale Sheppard has pled to maintaining a common nuisance, an L6F, and sentenced to 540 days suspended to probation for 496 days/12 months. He received 22 days credit.
Francis Scott Dorn has pled to possession of meth, an L6F, and sentenced to 360 days suspended to 324 days on probation with 18 days credit. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service by June 1, 2020.
Katrina D. Powers has pled to maintaining a common nuisance, an L6F, and sentenced to 194 days with credit for 97 actual days.
Robert C. Winslow has pled to possession of meth, which was entered as a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 36 days and received 18 days credit.
Natasha Marie Mosier has pled in 2 cases, both of which were L6Fs.
She pled to possession of meth in one case and maintaining a common nuisance in the other and received an 18-month sentence for both which were to be served consecutively. All but 1 month of the sentences were suspended to probation. She was given credit for a total of 20 days and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service on each case by Oct. 15, 2020.
Tosha Betty Marie Brazee has pled to possession of meth, an L6F, and sentenced to 184 days to be served consecutive to 2 local cases: a 2019 C misdemeanor case and a 2016 L6F case with credit for 92 days.
