Defendants take a plea and sentenced by judge

Susan Tennille Peters has pled to domestic violence, an A misdemeanor, and sentenced to 360 days with 3 days credit and the remainder suspended to probation for 12 months.

Elijah Hershal Dulong has pled to arson, an L4F, and sentenced to 6 years with 3 years suspended to probation with 37 days credit. He must complete 70 hours of community restitution by the end of probation. He was recommended to be incarcerated at the Boys School Adult Wing.

Chadwick D. Lucas has pled to possession of meth, an L4F, and sentenced to home detention for 4 years/3 actual years. He received credit for 27 days. The sentence is to be served consecutive to an L5F in another county.

Justin Ellerbrook has pled to possession of paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor, and sentenced to 60 days with 58 of the days suspended with credit for 1 day.

Alan Michael Hornung has cleared 5 separate cases in Jennings by pleading, Four of the cases were L6Fs and were 2 cases of theft with prior, 1 case of domestic battery with prior, and 1 case of intimidating a law enforcement officer. The fifth case was resisting law enforcement, an A misdemeanor. Hornung received 180 days on each case to be served consecutively to each other. He received credit for 354 days.

Scott Wayne Steele pled to possession of meth, an L6F and sentenced to 360 days with 151 days credit.

Russell Gilbert Curlin has pled to criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon an L6F, and sentenced to 2 years suspended to 2 years probation and 4 days credit.

Brandon Wayne Lett has pled to nonsupport of a dependent, an L6F, and sentenced to 18 months suspended to probation for 15 months with 48 days credit. As a condition of probation, he must keep current with his support obligation.

Paul Carl Koch has pled to domestic violence with a prior conviction, an L6F, and sentenced to 900 days with 874 days suspended to probation and credit for 13 days. The sentence is to be served consecutive to a local C misdemeanor case from JC from 2018.

Amanda Sue Webb has pled to possession of meth within 500 feet of a park, an L5F, and sentenced to 36 months with 28 months suspended to probation and 181 days credit.

Nathaniel D. Deaton has pled to theft with prior conviction, an L6F, and sentenced to 18 months with 518/259 actual days to be served on home detention and 11 days credit.
