Megan Renee Shipley, 22, 3665 Kensington Way, CSL is charged with fraud and identity deception, both L6Fs; and theft, an A misdemeanor. Allegedly, during her job at Taco Bell, Shipley took a customer's credit card for payment and then used the card numbers herself for purchasing a new television over the internet. The victim received notification from Fed X that the TV was delivered to the above address. Police went to the home and found the set in her bedroom.
Scott Nathan Richardson, 31, 427 State St, NV is charged with failure to register as a sex offender, an L6F. He came in to register his address in JC but had not registered in Seymour after he moved from New Castle.

Ashley Nicole Lyons, 29, 156 W Walnut St, NV, meth, an L6F. K-9 Axel alerted in a traffic stop.
Skyler Lee Johnson, 28, 4222 Twenty-Ninth St, Columbus, meth, legend drug, L6Fs; marijuana, a B misdemeanor; and paraphernalia, a C. Officers were called to Circle K on a report a person was asleep in a vehicle on their lot.
Aaron Alan Acton, 39, 5820 N Blossom Dr, Scipio, meth, and residential breaking and entering, L6Fs; visiting a common nuisance, a B misdemeanor; and paraphernalia, a C. A passerby notified NVPD about seeing a woman as well as a vehicle at 71 Henry St, which is vacant and for sale. Officers investigated; Acton arrested.
Ginger D. Strimple, 63, is charged with 2 counts of using/possessing a legend drug, L6Fs; and operating vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and possession of controlled substance, A misdemeanors. Reserve Officer Evan Ponsler was flagged down by a man who witnessed a women driver crash into a telephone pole. Strimple was arrested.
