Prosecutor considers evidence and charges defendants with felonies

Devin Wayne Lovegrove, 25, is charged with domestic battery and strangulation, L6Fs. He allegedly battered some relatives and threatened to burn down their home. No bail.

Jonathan D. Hardin, 38, has been charged with intimidation where threat is to commit a felony, an L6F; and intimidation, an A misdemeanor.

Kayla Joyce Grim, 23, 1430 S CR 125 W, NV is charged with possession of syringe and narcotic drug, L6Fs; marijuana and paraphernalia, a B and C misdemeanor. Items were found in her car after she was involved in an accident.

Alan Michael Hornung, 25, intimidation where threat is to commit forcible felony, an L6F; and resisting, criminal mischief, and invasion of privacy, A misdemeanors. Allegedly, he broke out four windows of a woman's home using a shovel, brick and rake. Officers found him passed out in the garage.

Michael S. Porter, 32, is charged with meth, an L6F; resisting, an A misdemeanor and paraphernalia, a C.

Tiffany L. Howser, 51, 31 Henry St, NV, 2 counts of possession or use of a legend drug, L6Fs; marijuana, a B mmisdemeanor; and having a Schedule I or II controlled substance in body and possession of paraphernalia, a C. Items were found in a traffic stop.

Lynett M. Larabee, 37, 2025 N Base Rd, NV is charged with theft where value is between $750 and $50,000.

Meredith Ellen Miller, 26, 8991 St Rd 135 S, Freetown is charged with resisting and possession of syringe, L6Fs; and paraphernalia, a C. Officers attempted to pull her over for speeding, but she allegedly sped up and then threw items out of her car window. The road was searched and 4 syringes and a broken glass pipe were found along the road.

Dustin L. Muncy, 33, 9676 W CR 800 S, Crothersville, 2 counts of domestic battery committed in presence of a child under 16 and 2 counts of strangulation, all L6Fs; battery resulting in bodily injury, an A misdemeanor.

Joseph Ray Chastain, 33, is charged with auto theft, an L6F; and unauthorized entry to vehicle, a B misdemeanor. Offi-cers obtained a video from Walmart and he was recognized.

Nicholas Price Barlow, 23, is charged with meth, an L6F. Officers were called to Vernon for a possible overdose, found Barlow by his car and saw items on his car seat.
