David A. Bowe, 51, has been charged with burglary, an L5F; and theft with prior conviction, An L6F. The victim was notified on his phone that his garage door had opened, but when he checked it out, he noticed several items were missing. a Craftsman torque wrench, valued at $160, and a 21 speed bike.
A Ring video helped ID Bowe as the interloper and he was tracked down at a a local laundromat but denied any involvement.
Later, the laundromat's owner Rick Smith called about a silver bike shoing up there.
A motion for the issuance of a warrant was given to the court on June 26, but according to the file, it has not yet been acted on.
Jarel T. Haines, 42, c/o Jennings County Jail, has been charged with possession of meth between 10-28 grams, an L4F; and maintaining a common nuisanceand possession of a legend drug, L6Fs. The items were allegedly discovered in a traffic stop.
Alexandrew Lance Mullikin, 26, is charged with burglary, an L5F; theft with prior, an L6F; criminal trespass, an A misdemeanor; and criminal mischief, a B misdemeanor. First Baptist Church employee Shannon Bauguess discovered several items were out of place and some items missing when she went to work in January. The camera system showed a person entering the office at 8:13 p.m. the night before, the same time a Bible study group was taking place. Mullikin was identified from the video.
Stolen were 2 Apple ipads, electronic charger, 2 headphones and other items. Bond was set at $10,000.
Melody Rose Pedigo, 42, 156 S Main Cross Rd, Hanover, has been charged with meth, an L6F; marijuana, an A misdemeanor; and paraphernalia, a C. NVPD Officer Wes Thayer noticed the women slumped over in her vehicle at Casey's and checked out the situation.
Jesseca Lynn Hull, 39, 2700 N 600 W, NV is charged with meth, an L6F; and paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor. The car she was riding in was stopped by an ISP trooper for speeding and items were found.
Brian A. Libunao, 51, 9982 E CR 850 S, Elizabethtown has been charged with possession of meth, an L6F; of marijuana, an A misdemeanor. He was checked out by officers after an accident near the Sr. Citizens Center in March.
