Dustin J.A. Lozier has pled in two separate cases to theft and to theft with prior conviction. In the first case, the conviction was entered as a Class A misdemeanor and he was sentenced to 90 days. In the second, theft with prior, he was sentenced to 360 days with 180 days suspended to probation. He received credit for 135 days and was ordered to pay restitution to Cyrus Moore of $1088.65. The sentences will be served consecutive to each other as well as to a 2017 F6 case.
In the 2017 case, he pled to intimidation, an F6, and was sentenced to 360 days with 62 days credit and 118 actual days to be spent on home detention.
Shannon I. (Murphy) Waltz has pled to possession of a controlled substance,, an A misdemeanor, and sentenced to 360 days with 3 days credit and the sentence suspended to probation of 354 days. She must also do 30 hours of community service by Feb. 20,2020.
Damian Matthew Caffee Kelley has pled to possession of meth, an F6, and sentenced to 18 months suspended to probation with 3 days credit. He must complete 40 hours of community service by Feb. 20, 2020.
Joshua Paul Acree has pled to possession of syringe, an F6, and sentenced to 180 days with 65 days credit to be served consecutive to three other out-of-county charges.
