The Jennings County Prosecutor's Office has filed 3 separate cases against Anthony Lee Davis on April 10 (2 cases of invasion of privacy and 1 on intimidation, all F6s). Then, on April 24, he was charged with stalking and invasion of privacy, both F6s.
The cases have to do with his alleged harassment of an ex-girlfriend.
He is accused of following the victim, holding up threatening signs, pulling up beside her and yelling at her, going by her home, calling her and leaving threatening messages and slashing her tires, all in violation of a protective order that was in place.
He is also facing 2 misdemeanor cases filed April 12-criminal mischief, a B misdemeanor, and intimidation, an A misdemeanor.
He is being held in the JC Jail.
Paula Jo Becker, 49, 3330 Country Manor, NV has been charged with possession of meth, an F6; and public intoxication, a B misdemeanor. Sheriff deputies were called to the CSL Bait Shop for a woman "acting odd," and she was arrested.
Joshua Raymond Collett, 29, 34 W Poplar St, NV has been charged with meth and escape from home detention, both F6s.
Joshua D. Moore, 31, 5990 N CR 675 E Butlerville, is facing the charge of possession of narcotic drug, an F6. Officers were called to his home for an OD in July 2018.
Derek C. Craft, 31, 201 Hoosier St, NV and Michelle Lynn Stapleton, 47, of Greensburg were both arrested for meth, an F6; marijuana, a B misdemeanor; and paraphernalia, a C, after a traffic stop. Craft is also charged with visiting a common nuisance, a B misdemeanor, and Stapleton with maintaining a common nuisance, an F6.
Brian Scott Cooper, 30, is facing possession of narcotic drug charges, an F6.
