Sentences pronounced

Kenneth Dustin Terry has pled to possession of a syringe, an F6, and sentenced to 18 months suspended to probation. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service by Jan. 20, 2020.

Tyson Joseph Brown has pled to possession of meth, an F6, and sentenced to 540 days with 12 months suspended to probation. He received 33 days credit and must complete 70 hours of community service by Nov. 20, 2019.

Albert Lee Sharp has pled to visiting a common nuisance, a B misdemeanor and sentenced to 150 days with credit for 75 days to be served consecutive to a 2009 A felony here.

Niki Renea Davis has pled to possession/use of a legend drug, an F6, and sentenced to 540 days with 130 days to be served in jail and 410 days suspended to probation with 65 days credit to be served consecutive to an F6 case in Jefferson County.

Eric Lee Leonard pled to domestic battery in presence of minor, an F6, and neglect of a dependent, an F6. In the battery, he received 18 oaths, with 180 days in jail and 10 months suspended. In the neglect, he received 180 days with 120 days in jail and 2 months probation. Bother are to be served consecutive to a different F6 case in JC. Credit time of 37 days will reduce his probation time by 2 months. He must also complete 40 hours of community service by Dec. 7, 2019.

Steven F. Scherer has pled to residential entry, an F6, and sentenced to 540 days with 13 months suspended to probation with 76 days credit.

In 2 separate cases, Dustin Ewing Decker pled to 2 counts of possession of syringe, F6s and sentenced to 360 days on each count consecutive to each other and 1 other F6 case here in JC.

Daniel Dale Craig has pled to counterfeiting, an F6, and sentenced to 540 days with 180 days suspended to home detention consecutive to 2 other F6 cases and a C misdemeanor case in Bartholomew.'

Michelle K. Buscher pled to possession of meth, an F6, and was sentenced to 540 days with 12 months suspended to probation and 2 days credit. She must complete 35 hours of community service by Jan. 5, 2020.

Craig Robert Hatfield has pled to possession of meth, an F6, and sentenced to 540 days with 12 months suspended to probation and 35 days credit.

Trisha Noel Minnick pled to possession of meth, an F6, and received 540 days with 60 days credit.
