Christopher Allen Reynolds has pled to battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, an F6, and sentenced to 18 months suspended to probation with 2 days credit. He must complete 40 hours of community service by Oct. 22, 2019.
Robbyn Humphrey, possession of meth and of a syringe, both A misdemeanors. She will serve 1 year on both counts with both suspended to probation to be served concurrently. The 2 F6 counts are entered as misdemeanors as part of the plea. Humphrey must complete 40 hours of community service by July 24, 2019.
Robert Scott Pickett, possession of meth, an F6, and sentenced to 18 months to be served on home detention with credit for 3 actual days.
Gloria D. Billing, possession of a legend drug, an F6, 540 days suspended to 12 months probation with 1 day credit.
Joanne Marie Childers, neglect of a dependent child, an F6, and operating while intoxicated, a C misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 18 months on the felony and 60 days on the driving charge, both suspended to probation to be served concurrently. Driving privileges are suspended 90 days and she must complete 70 hours of community service by Oct. 23, 2019.
Nicole L. Jones, possession of meth, an F6, sentenced to 540 days suspended to probation for 18 months with 2 days credit.
Larry M. Nantz, 3 counts of dealing in a narcotic drug, F5s, was sentenced in Feb. to 300 days on each count to be served on home detention. This has now been revoked and he will serve the remaining 300 days (150 actual days) of his sentence in the local jail.
