Mary J. Anthony has pled to possession of meth, an F6 and of marijuana, a B misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 360 days for the felony and 60 days for the misdemeanor, both of which were suspended to probation to be served concurrently. She received 2 days credit and must complete 40 hours of community service by Sept. 19, 2019.
Christian Mathew Sallee has pled to fraud, an F6, and sentenced to 10 months in jail with 87 days credit consecutive to a 2018 F6 case here. He must pay restitution to MainSource Bank of $200.
Charles D. Perry has pled to possession of marijuana, a B misdemeanor, and sentenced to 30 days with 2 days credit.
Brian R. Vosevich has pled to nonsupport of dependent child, an A misdemeanor, and sentenced to 360 days suspended to probation. He must pay $3811.17 in restitution to Annette R. Gadient.
Michael T. McIntosh has pled to intimidation, an F6, and sentenced to 2 years suspended to probation with 5 days credit. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service.
Toby Brandon Marsh has pled to driving with a suspended license, an A misdemeanor and sentenced to 180 days (90 real days) with credit for 12 days.
Robert J. Scherer pled to inhaling toxic vapors, a B misdemeanor, and sentenced to 180 days with 166 suspended. He will serve 6 actual days weekends through Nov. 16.
