Pleas avoid going to trial

Coty L. Moore has pled to battery with moderate bodily injury, an L6F and will be on home detention for 2 years. He must complete an anger management program and pay restitution to Clyde McCrory in an amount to be determined.
Mary Machelle Rene Grider has pled to possession of meth, an L6F and sentenced to 545 days in jail with 163 days credit.
Tracy Allen Toddy has pled to possession of meth, an L6F and sentenced to 12 months to be served consecutive to an L5F case in Bartholomew with 152 days credit.
Chad M. Fitzgibbon has pled to escape, an L6F and sentenced to 15 months with a recommendation for "purposeful incarceration," or therapeutic community to be served consecutive to a case in Shelby County and the case below.
Fitzgibbon also pled to possession of meth, an L6F and sentenced to 15 months with the same parameters.
Tanner Robert Cornett pled to possession of syringe, an L6F and sentenced to 545 days suspended to probation of 243 days with 152 days credit to be served concurrently to the case below.
Cornett also pled to possession of a narcotic drug, an L6F and sentenced to 239 days suspended to probation with 152 days credit.
Timothy L. Tackett pled to invasion of privacy, an A misdemeanor, and sentenced to 36 days to be served on weekends. He received credit for 10 days.
Tina Marie Walker pled to possession of meth, an L6F, and sentenced to 18 months with 2 days credit.
Israel A. Robbins has pled to possession of meth, an L6F, and sentenced to 792 days with credit for 396 days consecutive to a 2015 L2F here.
William Carl Heilman has pled to maintaining a common nuisance, an L6F, and sentenced to 14 months consecutive to the 2 cases below.
Heilman also pled to 2 charges of possession of a narcotic drug in 2 separate cases, both L6Fs, and sentenced to 14 months in both cases with 183 days credit .
