years to time already served
Jacob David McCarty has pled to dealing in narcotics, an L4F, and sentenced to 9 years; and possession of narcotic drug, an L5F, for which he was sentenced to 4 years to be served concurrently. The sentences are to be served consecutive to a 2016 L6F case here. He received 152 actual days credit and recommended for the DOC's therapeutic program for substance abuse.
Thomas Ray Salsman has pled to four cases with the sentences to run consecutively. He pled to habitual traffic violator and received a sentence of 3 years with license suspended for 2 years; auto theft and was sentenced to home detention for 180 days with 13 credit days; possession of meth, 180 days with 90 days credit; and a second charge of auto theft, 180 days with 90 days credit.
Paul C. Barger, Jr. pled to possession of meth and received 562 days in jail with credit for 284 days in jail.
Joshua Keith Craig pled to nonsupport of dependent child, a D felony, and received a 2-year sentence suspended to 20 months probation with 24 days credit.
Justin Jeremy-Allen Acton pled to domestic battery with prior and sentenced to 726 days with 363 days credit; thus the sentence is satisfied.
Tammy L. Edwards pled to habitual traffic violator and sentenced to 545 days suspended to probation for 541 days with 3 actual days credit.
Samantha Lynn Bott pled to escape and sentenced to 4 years with 0 credit days to be served consecutive to a second case of possession of syringe, where she was sentenced to 4 years with 282 days credit and recommended for the DOC's therapeutic program for substance abuse.
