Two suits have been filed by insurance companies in an attempt to be reimbursed for damages paid out. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. is suing Kayla Marling. On Jan. 17, 2016 a vehicle owned by the plaintiff's insured, Samantha Sarver, was driving north on Country Manor while defendant Marline was traveling south when she allegedly crossed the center line and struck Sarver's vehicle. The company asserts the cause of the wreck was caused by the negligence of Marling. Progressive Paloverde Insurance Co. is also suing for the $2452.81 it paid out to its insured. The company claims that on Feb. 23, 2016 Angela K. Cusimano, 6505 E CR 175 N, Butlerville "negligently" operated her motor vehicle in such a manner as to damage their insured's vehicle.
