Destiny L. Bailey has pleaded guilty in Circuit Court to trespass with prior conviction, an L6F, and sentenced to 266 days served consecutive to a previous sentence of possession of methamphetamine where she was sentenced to two years of probation. She received 133 actual days credit.
Laura L. Lamb has pleaded guilty to visiting a common nuisance, a Class B misdemeanor, and sentenced to 232 days. She received credit for 116 days; thus, the sentence is satisfied.
Joshua X. Sanon has pleaded guilty to auto theft, a Level 6 felony (L6F), and sentenced to 180 days consecutive to a 2017 local Class C misdemeanor case. He received 90 days credit. He was ordered to pay restitution to Roy B. Burton of $1,500.
Zachary J. Elsner has pleaded guilty to battery on a minor, an L6F, and sentenced to 545 days suspended to probation for one year with no credit days. He was ordered to complete an anger management program.
Dorian Davis pleaded guilty to possession of narcotic drug, an L6F, and sentenced to 545 days with 0 credit days suspended to one year probation consecutive to the two cases that follow. He must be assessed by Southeast Indiana Mental Health Professionals (SI MHP) and follow through with any treatment. In the second case, Davis pleaded guilty to forgery, an L6F, and sentenced to 545 days with 180 days to be executed and 12 months suspended to probation with 90 actual days credit. In the third case, Davis pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, an L6F, and sentenced to 545 days with 180 days to be executed and one year of probation with 46 actual days credit.
Dennis C. Johnson has pleaded guilty to theft with prior conviction, an L6F, and sentenced to nine months in jail with 125 actual days credit.
Mark Anthony Ray has pleaded guilty to possession of syringe, an L6F, and sentenced to 545 days suspended to one year probation with three actual days credit. He was ordered to be assessed by SI MHP and follow through with any treatment.
David R. Sams Jr. has pleaded guilty to intimidation on law enforcement officer, an L6F, and sentenced to 545 days to be served on home detention with two actual days credit.
Joseph P. Reed has pleaded guilty to carrying a handgun without a license, a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of meth, an L6F. He was sentenced to nine months on the gun charge and two years on the drug charge to be served concurrently to each other. He received 46 actual days credit.
Robert Earl Hubbard Jr. has pleaded guilty to theft, an A misdemeanor, and sentenced to 180 days suspended to probation with one actual day credit.
Larry R. Evans has pleaded guilty to auto theft, an L6F, and sentenced to one year served consecutive to three 2017 Class C misdemeanors. He received credit for 183 actual days.
Gary J. Stone has pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, an L6F, and sentenced to 18 months to be served consecutive to a 2012 Class D felony case below. He was given credit for five actual days. In the 2012 case, his probation was revoked on a conviction of maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony. He will serve 180 (90 actual days) consecutive to the above with 90 actual days credit; thus, his sentence here is completed.
