The following have pled guilty to charges and have received the following sentences:
Jarrett R. Hamrick has pled to burglary and sentenced to 4 years at the DOC to be served consecutive to the charge below. He was recommended for purposeful incarceration for treatment of substance abuse. and must pay restitution to Glen Scott Short of $16,543.07.
Hamrick also pled to possession of meth and received an 18-month sentence and to domestic battery, where he received a 1-year sentence to be served concurrently to each other but consecutive to the one above.
Raymond Tyler Clarke pled to domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, an L6F, and was sentenced to 2 years 4 months to be served on weekends in the local jail which was suspended to 20 months of probation with 3 credit days. It will be served conseutive to a 2016 L6F in Ripley County. He must also complete 40 hours of community restitution by Oct. 31, 2018.
Michael Ray Turpin has pled to possession of meth, an L6F, and sentenced to 422 days with 211 actual days credit; hence, the sentence is satisfied.
John H. Butler, Jr. has pled to operating a motor vehicle after a lifetime suspension, an L5F, and sentenced to 3 years of home detention after he is released from the DOC on a Ripley County L5F case. He received 4 actual days credit and his license is suspended for life.
Matttie Joann Kendall has pled to possession of syringe and of meth, both L6Fs and sentenced to 18 months on both charges to be served concurrently with 273 actual days credit.
William J. Littrell has pled to nonsupport of dependent child, a D felony, and sentenced to 2 years suspended to probation with 1 credit day.
