Defendants avoid trials, take pleas

Isaac L. Robbins has pled guilty to unlawful possession of syringe, an L6F, and sentenced to one year of home detention with 0 days credit. It will be served consecutive to 2 L6F cases here, one from 2017, one from 2016.

In the 2017 case, he pled to possession of meth, an L6F, and given 9 months of home detention with 0 credit days to be served consecutive to the other 2 cases.

In the third case, Robbins was revoked and sentenced to the local jail for 1 year on a conviction of theft greater than $750, an L6F, with credit for 180 actual days. Thus, this sentence is satisfied.

Eric Jay Easter has pled to possession of syringe, an L6F, and given a sentence of 545 days of home detention with 3 actual days credit.

John J. Meisberger has pled to nonsupport of a dependent child, a D felony, and given a sentence of 2 years with 147 days credit. The sentence was suspended to probation for 14 months. As a condition of probation, he must keep current with his child support.

Bradley Scott Robinson has pled to nonsupport of a dependent child with prior conviction, an L5F, and sentenced to 5 years with 218 actual days credit suspended to 4 years of probation.

Jeffery D. Gonzalez has pled to possession of marijuana, a B misdemeanor, and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 1 actual day credit. He was originally charged with an L6F.

Sarah Renee Nantz has pled to neglect of a dependent, an L6F, and sentenced to 545 days with 24 actual days credit suspended to probation for 12 months.

Lovely M. Brown has pled to theft, an A misdemeanor and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 3 actual days credit.

Sean S. Cobb has pled to possession of syringe, an L6F, and sentenced to 18 months in jail, with 71 actual days credit. The sentence was suspended to probation for 14 months.

Ezekiel W. Wingler pled to dissemination of matter harmful to minors, an A misdemeanor and sentenced to 1 year in jail suspended to probation. He was originally charged with an L6F.

Robert M. Faulkner has pled to auto theft, an L6F, and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 3 actual days credit.
