Ryan D. Moore, 24, and Leighann J. Mitchell, 33, are both charged with possession of meth and unlawful possession of syringe and maintaining a common nuisance, all 3 L6Fs.
JC Deputy Jason Littrell approached Moore's car in the gas station next to the sheriff's dept. after noticing the occupants appeared to be intoxicated or on illegal drugs. The officer allegedly saw the male driver "wildly shaking his fists, "rocking back and forth" in his seat, tapping the brake pedal and activating brake lights. The two said they had run out of gas and parked there.
His bond was set at $20,000; her bond was set at $31,000.
Brittani Nicole Davis, 30, 4125 S CR 600 E, Dupont, is charged with nonsupport of dependent child, an L6F. From Aug. 2016 through Sept. 2017 she allegedly did not pay support for her 3 children and is now in arrears of $4966.
Devin Dwayne Lovegrove, 23, is charged with intimidation where defendant uses a deadly weapon, an L5F; and neglect of a dependent; abandons or cruelly confining dependent. He allegedly threatened the victim with a knife and then would not allow her to go in the home to retrieve her child.
Amanda Sue Webb, 43, 312 Sunnyside Dr, NV is charged with possession of meth less than 5 grams, an L5F. JCSD Deputy Thomas Melen-camp ran a plate that returned with info for a different car and stopped the car. Webb was a passenger. Items were allegedly found in Webb's purse. The charge was enhanced because the drugs were found at the NV City Park in the middle of the day where there were "numerous children present."
Michael T. McIntosh, 49, 5545 W State Rd 250, Paris Crossing, is charged with intimidation where defendant draws or uses a deadly weapon, an L5F; and intimidation where threat is to commit a forcible felony, an L6F. Deputy Tom Webster was sent to above address for an active shooter. The victim was barricaded in her room due to McIntosh actively shooting. When oficers arrived, he was outside and ordered to the ground and handcuffed. The argument began when the victim told McIntosh and his girlfriend Brandy Kay Wilkerson they were no longer welcome at her home.
Brandy Kay Wilker-son, 43, is charged with intimidation where the defendant draws or uses a deadly weapon. $10,000 bond set for both.
Beverly Jane Birchfield, 40, 7876 Chickenrun Road, Madi-son, is charged with possession of meth, an L6F; possession of paraphernalia with prior, an A misdemeanor; and visiting a common nuisancee, a B misdemeanor.
Michael Ray Young, 54, is charged with possession of meth and unlawful possession of syringe and maintaining a common nuisance, all L6Fs; and possession of paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor.
Bail set at $62,000
Robert Brian Cowan, 43, is charged with possession of meth and unlawful possession of a legend drug, both L6Fs; and possession of marijuana, a B misdemeanor.
Tanner Robert Cornett, 21, 2265 W CR 200 N, NV is charged with unlawful possession of syringe, an L6F. A warrant has been issued after he failed to show up for his initial hearing in Oct. with bond set at $25,500.
Alice M. Foga, 44, 315 Hickory Way, NV is charged with operating a vehicle after being adjudicated a habitual traffic offender.
JCSD's Dave Turner was approaching CSL when he saw Foga driving a vehicle and was aware that she was a habitual traffic violator.
Robbyn J. Humphrey, 19, of Carrolton, Kentucky is charged with possession of meth and of a syringe, both L6Fs; and possession of paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor. She was a passenger in a car that was stopped for a violation and gave permission for her purse to be searched.
Christopher D. Lockhard, 31, 1122 Cottage Cir, Seymour is charged with possession of meth, an L6F; and of paraphernalia, an A misdemeanor. Items were found during a traffic stop.
Lockhard failed to appear for his initial hearing last month. A warrant has been issuedwith bond at $25,500.
Rochelle R. Sandlin, 49, is charged with possession of meth and maintaining a common nuisance, both L6Fs; and possession of paraphernalia, an A misdemeanor. She was stopped for improper display of a license plate. and according to the police report, the condition of her skin indicated to officer she used drugs. She gave permission to search her car; $3000 in cash was found as well as drug items.
James Lee Redkey, 30, 6730 N Pvt Rd 525 E, NV is charged with possession of meth, an L6F.
During a probation search in CSL, Redkey was present . The drug was found in a cigarette pack.
$62,000 bond set.
Timothy James Wagner, 33, 3954 Squire Lakes Dr, NV is charged with causing serious injury operating vehicle while intoxicated, an L6F; operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, an A misdemeanor; operating ve-hicle with alcohol concentration equivalent to at least .08 but less than .1, a C misdemeanor; and 2 infractions. Allegedly, Wagner did not stop before turning onto State Rd 3 from 750 W and hitt a motorcycle with 2 people on it. The motorcycle swerved to avoid hitting Wagner's van.
