Jordan Elsworth Axsom, 28, is charged with possession of meth and of syringe, both L6Fs. JCSD officer stopped the car Axsom was a passenger in due to a cracked windshield.
Samantha Jo Hooten, 23, of Bloomington is charged with possession of meth and of a syringe, both L6Fs; and false informing, a B misdemeanor. She was a passenger in the car with Axsom.
Several individuals were arrested after officers went to 1969 Chatsworth Way in CSL seeking a wanted felon, Christina M. Redkey. The person who lived there gave consent for a search and several items were found.
Heaven Leigth Star Allen, 21, 5380 N 700 W, Scipio, charged with unlawful possession of syringe and of meth, both L6Fs; and possession of paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor;
Jeremy Hazelwood, 39, 10445 S Cr 800 W, Paris Crossing, charged with possession of syringe and meth, both L6Fs; and possession of paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor; and
Randall Hatton, 47, 1970 E 700 S, Commiskey, charged with possession of meth, an L6F.
Heather Cockerham, 34, of Greenwood, is charged with possession of meth, an L6F; possession of marijuana and of paraphernalia, a B and C misdemeanor; and driving while suspended, an A misdemeanor.
She was stopped for speeding on Hurley Drive.
Nicole L. Jones, 4-79, is charged with possession of meth between 10 and 28 grams, an L4F; unlawful possession of syringe, an L6F; and possession of marijuana, a B misdemeanor. On June 6, NVPD was notified by Westport Police Dept. officer Joe Talkington there appeared to be a drug deal taking place in the Arby's parking lot. The driver of one of the vehicles appeared to be Chad Lucas, who was wanted on a warrant. Officer Keith Messer responded to the call pulled one of the vehicles over for not signaling. Vampir alerted on the vehicle and found the meth.
The driver, Chadwick D. Lucas, 38, was charged with possession of meth between 10-28 grams; unlawful possession of syringe, an L6F; possession of marijuana nd driving while suspended, both A misdemeanors; and possession of paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor.
Kevin VanBuren Swindall, 27, is charged with possession of a syringe with a prior conviction, an L5F. On June 20k JCSD Dave Turner was called to 6020 E CR 100 N regarding an overdose. When he arrived, Swindall was laying in the driveway and a woman was giving him CPR. He was administered 2 doses of Naloxone HCL but refused treatment when the ambulance arrived. He was taken to jail, but staff wouldn't book him until he was cleared by a doctor; however, he refused treatment. A warrant was issued and he was arrested on July 20.
