Rebecca J. Bowling, 37, has pled guilty to possession of legend drug, an L6F, and sentenced to 187 months in the local jail with credit for 73 days served with the balance suspended and probation for 13 months. As a condition of probation, she must report for treatment to SEI MHP and perform 40 hours of community restitution by Dec. 1, 2017.
Christopher D. Gullion, 23, has pled guilty to escape and sentenced to the DOC for 3 years to be served consecutively to a local L4F in 2015.
Michael Eugene Bates pleaded guilty to 2 counts of forgery, each a C felony and is sentenced to the DOC for 4 years one on each count, to be served consecutively to one another and to a 2016 F6 felony here for a total sentence of 8 years, and consecutive to 2 Jefferson County C misdemeanor cases from 2015 to be served at follows:
4 years on direct placement with the JJ Community Corrections with credit for 333 credit days in the JC Jail and days spent on home detention; 4 year suspended and probation for 48 months
He was charged with 10 counts of forgery and 12 countys of theft
In the 2016 F2 case, Bates pled guilty to possession of syringe, an L6F, and sentenced to 2 years served consecutive to above and the 2 in Jefferson County. He will serve 1 year on direct placement with the JJCC with 0 credit days and 1 year of probation
Larry Marksberry, 36, 1767 Raemont Way, NV was ordered released im-mediately from the JC Jail last month. The plea and sentencing hearing in his 2015 L5F and his 2016 L2F cases are set May 23. The plea would have an executed sentence of 9 real months and Marksberry has beenincarcerated for longer that that.
