Amanda Renee Strode, 27, 4653 E CR 1050 Seymour, is charged with auto theft, an L6F; false informing, a B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor.
Jarel T. Haines, 39, 560 Willow Way, NV is charged with domestic battery, an L6F; resisting law enforcement, an A misdemeanor; and criminal mischief, a B misdemeanor (damaged windshied, roof and hood of victim's vehicle).
James A. Franklin, has been charged with escape (violating home detention), an L6F. He told officers he needed to leave his home to purchase cough medicine $10,000 bail.
Sarah B. Thomas, 37, 122 Greensburg St, NV is charged with unlawful possession of syringe, an L5F, enhanced due to a previous conviction of same here in Jan 2015; and possession of paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor.
Timothy Lee Tackett, 36, 408 N St Rd 3, Westport is charged with attempted invasion of privacy, an L6F for allegedly violating a protective order by sending a gift. Bond set at $10,000.
Chaena M. Perry, 29, 3090 W 200 N, NV is charged with dealing in meth, an L2F; possession of meth, an L3F; possession of marijuana, a B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a C misdemeanor.
On May 25, 2016 officers sent to 3675 E CR 600 for an accident. Perry was found outside the car while the driver, Kurtis Turner was laying in a ditch. The car was in a pasture overturned.
Turner was airlifted to Louisville and Perry also received treatment. Officers found several plastic bags of meth around the car. The report noted it looked like someone "had started throwing stuff away" from the vehicle. Bond at $100,000.
Kurtis Michael Turner, 34, 5735 E Priv Rd 690, Butlerville is charged with dealing in meth, an L3F; and possession of meth, an L5F. $30,000 bail.
Brandee Jo Arquiett, 40, 5713 CR 46 W, Columbus is charged with residential entry and possession of syringe, both L6Fs; and false informing, a B misdemeanor. Officers were advised of suspicious vehilce at 8240 N CR 200 E backed up at rear of the home.
Bond was increased to $20,000 because at the initial hearing Arquiett admitted she was "intentionally avoiding the authorities in the State of New York."
