Danielle Malcomb has violated and is now revoked and sentenced to the JC Jail on convictions of theft and unlawful possession of controlled substance, both Class A Misdemeanors. The sentence will be served on direct placement with Jackson Jennings Community Corrections for 15 months; 349 days on the theft and 105 days on the possession to be served consecutive with 38 days credit. If there are no violations, her home detention may be terminated after 1 year.
Corrine Lynn Smith will complete her alcohol and drug program by March 1, 2017; pay all monies owed of $1453 by March 1; and her option for misdemeanor treatment is forfeited. If she does not comply, she will serve her entire suspended sentence. A review hearing is set in court for March 9 at 10 a.m.
Jesse Lee Crouch is sentenced to JC Jail for 60 days on a conviction for unlawful possession of marijuana, an A misdemeanor with 30 days credit. The sentence is satisfied.
Albert Ritchie is now revoked and sentenced to the DOC for 120 days on a conviction of child molesting, a C felony, with 3 actual days credit. Upon his release form the DOC, he will continue on probation under the same terms and conditions as previously imposed until March 3, 2019
