Mother charged with neglect after tests show infant positive for drugs

A woman who allegedly used drugs while pregnant has been charged with neglect of a defendant, a D felony, after her infant tested positive for amphetamines and methamphetamines shortly after birth.
Betsy A. Mullins, 33, 40 Hoosier St, NV, has been released on her own recognizance (OR) after being arrested. According to the police report, Mullins gave birth on the morning of Jan. 14 at a friend's home. Once at the hospital, Mullins was found to have illegal drugs in her system, the state police were contacted, and a formal investigation was opened.
According to the report, the baby was being closely monitored and was expected to go through withdrawal because of the drugs in his mother's system.
Gregory Dean Loper, 43, 2638 Coventry Garden Dr, NV has been charged with burglary , a Level 2 Felony (L2F); possession of meth, unlawful possession of a syringe, and residential entry, all L6Fs; four counts of battery resulting in bodily injury (on 4 different people), A misdemeanors; and criminal mischief, a B misdemeanor.
No bail.
The husband and wife team of Ronald Stewart and Jessica A. Massie, Jr., 2023 Derbyshire Ct, NV has been charged with dealing and conspiracy to deal in a Schedule II Controlled Substance (morphine), both B felonies. Allegedly, a confidential informant was utilized to purchased a pill at their residence.
$40,000 bond.
Raven L. Grider, 21, 4125 S CR 600 E, Dupont is charged with possession of meth, an L6F; and possession of paraphernalia, an A misdemeanor.
Bond is set at $15,000.
Bradley DeWayne Bak-er, 36, 16.5 N 5th St, NV has been charged with unlawful possession of syringe, an L6F and conversion, an A misdemeanor, for taking a bicycle.
Released on OR.
Holly Kramer, 29, 512 Aspen Ct, NV, and Breanna Russell, 23, of Columbus have been charged with theft, a L6F, and resisting arrest. Kramer was allegedly the driver of the getaway car after Russell left the store with $1378.48 worth of stolen merchandise. The two failed to stop for the police and fled their car after it went into a ditch near Lowe's.

Amanda L. Jacobs, 35, 1101 Bending Willow Way, NV is facing unlawful possession of a syringe and obsession of meth charges, both L6Fs.
Sean Lynn Cockerham, 37, 500 Hayden Pike, NV with intimidation, an L6F for threatening officer Tood Beam; failure to stop after an accident causing injury and resisting law enforcement, A misdemeanors; and disorderly conduct, a B misdemeanor.
Eric C. Armstrong,33, 2130 Ascot Ct, NV is charged with burglary, a C felony, and theft, a D felony. The prosecutor has also filed paperwork to seek habitual offender status since Armstrong has 3 prior felony convictions (in 2006, 2010 and 2012).
