Defendants plead guilty after negotiating deals

Gary Joe Stone, 50 has pled guilty to maintaining a common nuisance, a D felony and sentenced to 18 months at the DOC with credit for 1 day served with the balance suspended and probation for 12 months to be served consecutively to a D felony in another county.
Roger L. Brooks, 33, has pled guilty to an Oct. 2013 burglary charge, a B felony, and sentenced to the DOC for 5 years to be served concurrently to a burglary case from Dec. 2013 for which he received a 5-year sentence; and consecutively to a Nov. 2013 burglary case for which he received a 10-year sentence. In that case, he received credit for 216 days and was ordered to pay restitution of $5065 to Pharmacists Mutual companies and $500 to Medicap.
He must also pay restitution to George and June Corya of $750.
Brooks is recommended for purposeful incarceration (the Cliff) program) for sustance abuse while at the DOC. If he successfully completes treatment, he may be considered for sentence modification.
Timmithy Rae Sanders, 26, has pled guilty to theft, a D felony, and sentenced to the DOC for 180 days to be served consecutively to a D felony case from 2012.
In that case, Sanders was found to have violated probation on his 2012 suspended sentence on a conviction of theft, and will be serving 270 days with credit for 90 days.
Travis F. Clark, 28, has pled guilty to unlawful possession of syringe, a D felony, and of possession of paraphernalia, an A misdemeanor. He is sentenced to 1 year at the DOC on the syringe charge with 6 months executed with credit for 77 days to be served concurrently to the paraphernalia sentence followed by 6 months probation; 1 year on the paraphernalia, with 6 months executed and 6 months probation.
The 6 months of probation is suspended provided he complies with all condition of probation for 6 mothhs
Jessica Danielle Lewis, 23, has pled guilty to unlawful possession of meth, a D felony, and sentenced to the DOC for 180 days to be served consecutively to a 2012 D felony and a 2012 C felony.
William Albert Grace, 36, has pled guilty to theft, a D felony, and sentenced to 3 years at the DOC to be served:18 months in direct placement with the Jackson-Jennings Community corrections if he is employed and accepted by CC, with credit for 4 actual days and to be served consecutively to 36C01-1309-FC-054 with 18 months suspended and probation for 12 months.

Jusan Jean Hornback, 27, has pled guilty to theft, a D felony and sentenced to 2 years at the DOC with credit for 3 actual days with the balance suspended and probation for 24 months. 140 hours of community restitution by Sept. 4, 2015

David Johnn Donnelli, 36, has pled guilty to operating as a habitual traffic violator, a D felony, and sentenced to 3 years at the DOC with 3 days credit with the balance suspended and probation for 36 months.

Robert Andrew Dallas Jackson, 21, has pled guilty to operating while intoxicated with endangerment, an A misdemeanor and sentenced to 1 year in the JC Jail with crdit for 2 days with the balance suspended and probation for 12 months. SEIMHP

Jarel T. Haines, 37, has pled guilty to unlawful possession of a schedule II Controlled Substance, a D felony and sentenced to 2 years and 6 months at the DOC to be served as 6 months executed to be served consecutive to 40D01-1403-CM-088 and 40C01-0906-FC-177. Recommended for purposeful incarcerationÖ
Credit for 74 actual days served with 24 months suspended and probation for 24 months

Raven Uria Cole Ramey, 32, has pled guilty to receiving stolen property, a D felony to be served as follows: 13 months executed, with credit for 193 actual days served in the JC Jail with 11 months suspended and probation for 11 months.
Mark Christopher Green, 39, has pled guilty to stalking, which is a D felony
Aggravating: at least 5 instances of nails being thrown in the victim's driveway; he has 1 prior misdemeanor conviction; the stalking was an act of retaliation; the defendant still continues to minimize his actions and there is always a risk of injury or death if one blows a tire on their fehicle.
Mitigating: he admitted his crime; he agreed to pay restitution in full within 60 days; he has no sign crimnal history; a hs graduate; is employed and incarceration would be a hardship on his mother he has the care of.
Court finds the aggravators slightly outweigh the mitigating factors and justify a sentence in excess of the advisory sentence.
He is sentenced to 24 months with the DOC with credit for 2 actual days to be served: 15 additional weekends in the JC starting June 6; with the balance suspended and probation for 23 months to be served consecutively to 40D01-1307-CM-261-reimbure $654.87 to Steve and Donna Reinholt
Earl Lee Spicer, 29, has pled guilty to receiving stolen property, a D felony and sentenced to the DOC for 1 year with credit for 182 days

Bessie J. Mullins, 57, has pled guilty to unlawful possession of Schedule III controlled Substance, a D felony
Aggravators: has 3 prior misdemeanor convictions and 1 prior felony conviction and she was out on bail when this offense occurred
Mitigators: she admitted her crime and incarceration would be a hardship on her son, Mike Daugherty.
Aggra outweight the mitigators: sentenced to the IN DOC for 3 years to be served on direct placement with the Jackson-Jennings com Corrections with credit for 19 actual days
Winston McPike, 24, has pled gulty of operating a motor vehile wile intoxicated with prior conviction a D felony and is sentenced to the DOC for 730 days ; 700 days are suspended and the defendant will serve 54 real days plus 20 days (10 real days) in the JC Jail with credit for 4 days already served (2 real days). He will serve the remaining 13 real straight days in the JC Jail and be on probation for 700 days.; 1 year license suspention
Roger Dale Richardson, 32, has pled guilty to battery with bodily injury, an A misdemeanor and is sentenced to 1 year in the local jail with credit for 2 actual days served with the bal sus and probation for 12 monthsw
Lisa Ann Creech, 44, has pled guilty to theft and sentenced to 18 months at the DOC with credit for 3 actual days with the bal sus and prob 12 months

Christy E. Napier, 34, has pled guilty to unlawful possession of precursors with intent to manufacture meth, a d felony and sente to 3 year at the DOC with credit for 114 days with the bal sus and probation for 28 monhths to be served consecutive to 40C01-0910-FB-370.
Christy E. Napier, 34, has pled g to unlawful possession of Schedule II cont Sub, a D felony and sentenced to 3 year at he DOC with credit for 60 actual days with balance suspended and probation for 32 months to be served consecutively to 40C01-1107-FB-284.
