Formal charges include 4 arrested in FBI/ISP/JCSD drug sweep

Four residents rounded up in the FBI/Indiana State Police (ISP) sweep of suspected drug dealers have now been charged locally.
At 6 a.m. May 15, federal, state and local officers executed a search and arrest warrant at 276 Crestwood Court after a lengthy drug investigation into the supply of methamphetamine. A total of 23 people were taken into custody, with most charged in federal court.
Two of those charged locally were charged with possession of a controlled substance (heroin), a D felony; possession of paraphernalia, an A misdemeanor; and visiting a common nuisance, a B misdemeanor. Charged were
Robert Maggard, 18, of Indianapolis whose bail was set at $10,000;
Billy Joe Erwin, 21, 1865 W 350 N, NV, who was released on his own recognizance (OR); and
Amber Hahn-Ford, 1856 W 350 N, NV with bond set at $20,000. She had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on another case.
Also charged were Jody Hornsby, 35, 276 Crestwood, NV, charged with possession of a controlled substance (heroin), maintaining a common nuisance, and unlawful possession of a syringe, all D felonies;and possession of marijuana less than 30 grams, and possession of paraphernalia, both A misdemeanors. She was released OR;
Caitlin Elizabeth Barlow, 21, 214 S Jennings St, NV is charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, a D felony and possession of paraphernalia, an A misdemeanor.
She was released OR.
Sarah B. Thomas, 34, 302 S Jennings St, NV has been charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, a D felony and possession of paraphernalia, an A misdemeanor.
She was released OR.
December Lynn Miles, 1870 N CR 110 E, NV has been charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, a D felony; and the A misdemeanors of possession of paraphernalia and criminal trespass (at Walmart). The NV police was informed Miles was in the store after she had been previously "trespassed" from Walmart stores. A search of her purse revealed 3 syringes.
Bail was set at $51,000.
Jayston James Tudor, 31, 2090 Ashley Dr, NV has been charged with domestic battery and battery resulting in bodily injury, both D felonies.
