Parents charged after meth found in baby

Trevor E. Gault, 32, 182 Moir Ave, NV and his wife, Hanna Michelle McCrory, 25, 18 N. Gum St, NV are charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury, a C felony.
Bond for the two was set at $25,500 each.
According to the police report, their 11-month-old child was admitted to the Peyton Manning Children's Hospital where it was discovered he had methamphetamine and amphetamine in his system. The report did not specify whether the ingestion was accidental or not.
The boy was placed in foster care in late February.
Trevor Gault has also been charged with dealing in meth, an A felony; possession of meth, a C felony; unlawful possession of a syringe, a D felony; and possession of paraphernalia, an A misdemeanor.
Bail was set at $100,000.
Other charges filed lastweek by the prosecutor are:
Raven Lynn Grider has been charged with criminal confinement, a B felony; intimidation (with a knife), a B felony; and unlawful possession of syringe and criminal recklessness, both D felonies.
$40,000 bail.
Brian Lee Bay 43, of Columbus has been charged with burglary of Orville and Sandra Ashcraft's home, a B felony; and the D felonies of theft, unlawful possession of syringe and of a le-gend drug or precursor.
Joshua Paul Acree, 32, 225 W College St, NV is charged with unlawful possession of syringe, a D felony He was released on his own recognizance (OR).
David McIntosh, 47, 820 N Lynn Ct, NV is charged with theft of electricity from Michael E. Prater, a D felony; and conversion, an A misdemeanor. He was released OR.
Richard Bonnano, 50, 3015 Kensington Sq, NV is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a D felony; operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more and of driving while suspended, both A misdemeanors; and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a C misdemeanor. Bonnano was previously convicted of driving while suspended and of operating while intoxicated, which enhanced both charges. He was released OR.
