2:45 p.m. Assisted a teenage female who had locked herself in the bathroom of her residence on Margaret St. Officers opened door.
4:28 p.m. Theft of cell phone on N. State St. Suspect left another phone at store. Investigation continues.
4:41 pm. VIN check on boat on Hoosier St.
5:15 p.m. Theft of clothes and personal items on 5th St. Suspects being interviewed.
5:22 p.m. VIN check on motorcycle on S. Elm St.
6:40 p.m. Suspicious person on 5th St. OK.
6:43 p.m. Case follow up on SR 3N.
7:09 p.m. Extra patrol on N. State St.
8:18 pm. Disturbance on Hayden Pike. OK.
9:53 p.m. DWI on N. State St.
9:57 p.m. Disturbance on N. State St. Subjects separated.

9:04 a.m. Two vehicle accident at north side of main intersection. Judy Mansfield, 80, Muncie, changed lane into path of Robert A. Dryden, 35, NV.
10:37 a.m. Residential alarm on Roger Lane. OK.
12:12 p.m. Case follow up on N. State St. Charges and arrests forthcoming.
1:13 p.m. Gary H. Tungeitt, 32, NV, arrested on writ of body.

7:43 p.m. Burglary on Davis St. Stolen pet obtained.

4:47 p.m. Property damage accident, E. Walnut St. Michael Wilson, 38, struck rear of vehicle driven by Bethany Ramirez, 20. Damage at $5,000.
8:20 p.m. Property damage accident on N. State St. Juvenile female struck rear quarter panel of another vehicle driven by Brian J. Murphy, Greenwood. Da-mage estimated at $1,000.
9:33 pm. Intoxicated male subject walking north from High St. No locate.
10:18 pm. 911 hang up call on N. State St.
11:32 p.m. Intoxicated subject on N. State St. James Whitehead, 21, NV, arrested for public intoxication. He tested almost three times legal limit.
Saturday, July 19
12:06 a.m. Possibly intoxicated driver. OK.
12:44 a.m. Checked on female who appeared to have been battered. Did not wish to pursue charges. Subject given domestic violence packet.
12:44 a.m. Juveniles at playground at NVE. Sent home.
1:20 a.m. Possible drug activity at Oak Meadows. Checked OK.
8:56 a.m. Residential entry and indecent exposure on W. O&M Ave. Investigation ongoing.
11:00 a.m. Rochelle Sandlin, 45, NV, arrested on Ripley Co. warrant for possession of syringe and obtaining controlled substance by forgery.
11:20 a.m. Unlocked a vehicle on N. State St.
12:00 p.m. Two vehicle accident on Buckeye St. Crystal Ray, 29, and Melisa Leonard, 50, collided in parking. Damage at $2,500.
1:47 p.m. Welfare check on Park Ave. No crime.
2:39 p.m. Property damage accident on SR 7N and SR 750.
5:56 p.m. Disturbance on N. State St. OK.
6:31 p.m. Possible drug activity on N. State St. OK.
8:34 p.m. Fight on Washington St. One subject found face down in grass. Checked at SVJH.
8:52 p.m. Unlocked vehicle on E. O&M Ave.
9:25 p.m. Shoplifting on SR 3N. Holly L. Kramer, 29, NV, Breanna N. Russell, 23, Columbus, arrested for theft and resisting law by fleeing in vehicle.
11:03 p.m. Juvenile problem on Oak Meadows.
11:43 p.m. Suspicious vehicle on Platter Dr. Could not locate.
11:48 p.m. Criminal mischief at City Park. Victim's car was keyed.
Sunday, July 20
12:23 a.m. Shawna J. Houser, 18, Nathan Owens, 20, and a juvenile, of NV, arrested for minor consumption after officers called to S. State St. for noise complaint.
9:21 a.m. Case follow up.
2:50 p.m. Intimidation report from last week. Subject advised to contact arresting officer.
4:41 p.m. Possibly intoxicated driver on N. State St. Located vehicle and subject had been drinking, but not intoxicated. Joshua K. Marshall, 23, NV, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction and was given citation for false and fictitious registration.
6:06 p.m. Criminal mischief report, W. College St.
9:12 p.m. Possibly intoxicated subject near High St. Could not locate.
9:29 p.m. Intoxicated male nearly struck by vehicle on 4th St. Roger Hicks, 51, NV, arrested for PI.
10:17 p.m. Accident with unknown injuries on E. Walnut St. and Buckeye. Driver of vehicle struck a utility pole near fire station causing lines to fall onto road. Driver seen walking away from vehicle. Investi-gation ongoing. While officers were working accident, a semi driver attempted to turn around and drove over power lines after being told to remain stationary. Hugh Loudenback, 66, Greensburg, cited for disregarding a police officer directing traffic.
