2:02 a.m. Disturbance at Phat Guys. Christian Nolan, 21, NV, arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
4:16 a.m. Loud music/noise complaint on W. O&M Ave.
5:15 a.m. Suspicious people in a vehicle at a business on N. State St. Angel Losky, 18, and Logan L. Speer, 18, NV, arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of a legend drug violation. Speer also charged with resisting law enforcement.
