12:44 p.m. Possibly intoxicated driver on E. Buckeye St.
1:43 p.m. Business alarm on Washington St. Checked OK.
2:15 p.m. Assisted the fire dept. on Byram Lane.
3:30 p.m. Personal injury accident on N. Crestwood Dr.
3:41 pm. Disturbance on N. State St.
3:44 p.m. Battery on Madison Ave.
3:45 p.m. Assisted agency on N. Crestwood Dr.
3:46 p.m. Suspicious person on N. State St. Checked OK.
6:27 p.m. Possible subject with gun in vehicle on 5th St. No crime committed but a BB gun confiscated.
7:12 p.m. Case follow up for a stolen bicycle.
7:18 p.m. Animal complaint on N. Manor Rd. Reporting party referred to Department of Natural Resources.
7:38 p.m. Juveniles playing in road near 5th and Keller. Officer advised juveniles to go home.
8:03 p.m. Property damage accident on N. State St. Andrea McKeag, Columbus, was attempting to turn left into business on N. State when she crossed into southbound lanes resulting in accident with vehicle driven by Molly Bellinger, NV.
8:19 p.m. Juvenile problem on E. Buckeye St.
10:31 p.m. Possibly intoxicated driver traveling sout, N. State St. OK.
Tuesday, Oct. 8
2:17 a.m. Possible burglary in progress on 6th St. Officers determined that Dustin Lozier, 18, NV, had gained access to the home through back door. The homeowner was able to restrain Lozier until officersí arrival. He was arrested for residential entry and unlawful possession of a syringe.
3:26 a.m. Possible reckless driver, W. Walnut, OK.
11:47 a.m. Funeral.
12:31 p.m. Theft on 5th.
1:00 p.m. Assisted Rescue 20 on Steel Way.
2:01 p.m. Criminal mischief on High St.
3:45 p.m. Confiscated drug related paraphernalia on E. Buckeye St.
4:55 p.m. Reckless driver on N. State St.
4:58 p.m. VIN check on S. State St.
5:10 p.m. Possible fraud on W. Walnut St.
6:00 p.m. Burglary in progress on Poplar St. Individual was doing a home inspection. Checked OK.
6:05 p.m. Property damage accident on W. Walnut St.
7:25 p.m. Open door to a business on 5th St. Checked OK.
11:25 p.m. Report of people knocking on windows and sides of homes on Vintage Trace. Unable to locat.
11:51 p.m. 911 hang up on S. State St. Checked OK.
