11:08 a.m. Two vehicle accident on Hurley Dr. Ronald Sharp, NV, was driving a 1993 Chevrolet on Hickory Circle West and pulled out onto Hurley Dr. into path of a 1990 Chevrolet truck driven by Warren Malcomb, NV. Sharp's vehicle slid off the roadway into a ditch. No injuries.
2:25 p.m. One vehicle accident reported on Hurley Dr. No find.
3:06 p.m. Unlocked a vehicle on SR 3N.
3:26 p.m. Parking complaint on S. State St.
4:46 p.m. Report of an intoxicated driver southbound on SR 3N. Driver checked OK.
4:47 p.m. Dacia CJ Daniel, 19, NV, cited for no valid license in possession and failure to provide financial responsibility.

6:33 p.m. Odor of marijuana coming from an apartment on Veterans Dr. No find.
6:54 p.m. Unlocked a vehicle at Jay C.
7:08 p.m. James C. Lalonde, 57, NV, arrested on a warrant through Jennings for theft. Also cited for speeding.
7:20 p.m. Odor of marijuana coming from on apartment on Veterans Dr. Officer arrested Loucrinda E. Fanta, 52, NV, for possession of a controlled substance, legend drug violation and visiting common nuisance. Mark K. Stiles, 53, NV, arrested for possession of marijuana and of paraphernalia.
7:26 p.m. Checked disabled vehicle on Main St.
7:36 p.m. Criminal mischief in progress at City Park.
8:04 p.m. Curtis L. Tyler, 23, Isaiah J. Tyler, 19, both of NV, were cited for seatbelt violation and a juvenile was cited for seatbelt violation and possession of tobacco by a minor.
8:45 p.m. David E. Wells, 37, NV, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator for life and an outstanding warrant.
9:55 p.m. Jody K. Cartwright, 21, NV, arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Bartholomew County.

8:15 a.m. Chad V. Hendrickson, 26, NV, cited for false and fictitious registration, expired license plate, operating a vehicle without financial responsibility. Also given warning for improper turn. Vehicle impounded.

11:51 a.m. Two vehicle accident at Walmart. Charles Grunden, 44, NV, struck a vehicle driven by Brenda Bennett, NV. No injuries.
