NEW ALBANY - Jennings County defeated Floyd Central 44-32 in the semifinals of the IHSAA Girls Basketball Sectional 15 on Friday and then pushed Class 4A No. 3 Bedford North Lawrence to the limit in Saturday's championship game, a valiant effort that fell just short in a 55-51 loss.
