The 2017 edition of the Jennings County High School girls cross country team comes loaded with experience and a whole lot of talent. They also have some key frehsmen thrown into the mix. With numbers continuing to rise, the team's expectations continue to climb higher than in previous years. The 2017 edition of the Jennings County High School boys cross country team is ready to pick up where they left off last year and their No. 1 goal is to get to the state finals again, but this year to make it on the podium. "We feel we are better than any other team in the state right now and you can feel the intensity," said head coach Bryant Layman. "We will see how it turns out. In two weeks we will be running against Carmel, No. 1 in Indiana, and we plan to take a shot at them." Monday, August 21, 2017
