Fewer polling places is bad
Dear Editor,

I am more than a little concerned with our reduction of polling places for the Primary Election.

It's been said it is because it was difficult to find poll workers. The State of Indiana allows for responsible 16- and 17-year-olds to work the Primary, provided there is a unanimous vote by the Election Board for our county to adopt I.C.3-6-6-39.

Masks protect you, others from COVID-19
Dear Editor,

Two and a half months have gone by and the U.S. is still getting worse than better. We did appreciate the stimulus check we got very much. That's the most money we have ever had in one month.

Time to build a relationship with Jesus?
Dear Editor,

What's your relationship like with the Lord Jesus?

For those who know Jesus, how often have you thought about when you get to heaven? How often do you hear someone say they can't wait to see Jesus when they get to heaven?

Bible verse may give an answer
Dear Editor,

Could this be the answer to the problem we find ourselves in right now, a cure found in the Bible.

Trying to have it both ways?
Dear Editor,

Jess Wundren had a good point last week about how everyone said a few billion dollars for healthcare would bankrupt the country, then they complained that they ain't got their virus check yet.

Seeking truth will calm fears
Dear Editor,

This is a fearful time in history; we are surrounded by many uncertainties that cause us loss or pain; they can overwhelm us.

God's people are called to live fearlessly.

Birthday surprise, and a thank-you from Grandma
Dear Editor,

Kathleen Kiser, a.k.a. Grandma, was not lost for words on Monday, when our mail carrier stopped to ask if I could come to the door.

"Your mailbox isn't big enough to hold these," he said, handing me a bundle of cards sent to my mother-in-law for her 92nd birthday.

Would the Plain Dealer please provide more detail as to who it believes is not taking the COVID-19 pandemic seriously?

Choose less government
Dear Editor:

I'm an old man with little to do but to think. Current events such as the virus pandemic and how it is set to turn our entire world upside down
has been on my mind now for the last month.

Needs to be supported
Dear Editor:

What in the world is wrong with you people and President Trump!
I am tired of everyone putting President Trump down; leave the man alone.

Virus has helped unite us
Dear Editor,

I love what Mr. Schwering wrote to the editor the other day. Don't worry about Molly B., she is just full of hot air.

Crisis worse for Trump's inaction
Dear Editor,

I hated seeing all the people to get laid off here in the U.S.
If the president had said something back in January, we might not be in such bad shape.

Dear Editor,

What have we done to deserve the corona virus?

Crisis will increase stress
Dear Editor:

Exponential anxiety, stress and confinement is far more powerful than many people may realize.

Time to quit the bickering
Dear Editor,

I could not believe my eyes when I read the recent letter to the editor in the March 5 Plain Dealer accusing the Democrats of politicizing the coronavirus.
