■ KISSES to everyone who participated in the Park Theatre fundraiser on Tuesday night and to Jeff Daniels for lending support to local theatres like the Park scattered across the U.S. Wednesday, January 27, 2021
I have never been one to want to make a lot of public statements, but today as I witnessed via television the transfer of power, I was both in awe of the process and yet also in tears as we witnessed democracy, albeit challenged by the recent violence, in the end come together unified for the sake of our Nation as a whole once again being united as one.
The question in my mind though is: Are we really united, or is this simply a public display for show? As I contemplate the answer I am reminded of what real unifying authority is when we read the following scripture: Wednesday, January 27, 2021
