APC lists agenda for its meeting on July 6

The Area Plan Commission will have a regular meeting Monday, July 6, at the Government Center in Vernon.
The following will be addressed:
• Desiree and Jonathan Lawburgh, 528 W. Walnut St., wants to rezone the property form agricultural to residential multi-family to bring the property into compliance. He wants to build a duplex on the property.
• Alex Kirchner and Aaron Bales, 153 Hayden Pike and 415 Edgewood Ave., want to rezone the properties form residential duplex to residential single family.
• Ronald and Carolyn Hensley, 340 Norris Ave., want to rezone the property from residential duplex to residential single family to bring the property into compliance.
• Robert DeCamp, 15 and 75E CR 350N, wants to rezone the parcels form agricultural to residential single family.
Show Cause
The following show cause hearings will be heard:
• Charles and Mattie Despain, 2057 Locustwood Dr., have been notified that all trash, litter, and debris must be removed from the property as well as any unlicensed/inoperable vehicles. They have failed to do so.
• Robert L. Phillips, Jr., 1609 and 1610 Meadow Grove Cir., have been notified that all trash, litter, and debris must be removed from the property as well as any unlicensed/inoperable vehicles. He has failed to do so.
• Davis Bunting, owner, and Dennis R. And Tonia S. Robinson, contract buyers, 1226 Ferngrove Ave., have been notified that all trash, litter, and debris must be removed form the property as well as any unlicensed/inoperable vehicles. They have failed to do so.
• Victor Davis, owner, and Ashley Fields, contract buyer, 2615 N CR 75W, have been notified that all trash, litter, and debris must be removed from the property as well as any unlicensed/inoperable vehicles. They have failed to do so.
• Jonathan Ashpaugh, 604 Greenbriar Cir., has been notified that all trash, litter, and debris must be removed from the property as well as any unlicensed/inoperable vehicles. He has failed to do so.
• Lucy Vogel, 30 W. Jackson St., Vernon, has been notified that all trash, litter, and debris must be removed from the property as well as any unlicensed/inoperable vehicles. She has failed to do so.
• The family of Rory Foist, 5475 SR 7N, have not made contact with the APC regarding the condition of the property.
• David and Theresa Jackson, 402 N. Elm St., have been notified that all trash, litter, and debris must be removed from the property as well as any unlicensed/inoperable vehicles and the poor conditi9on of the home. They have failed to do so.
• Linda Dilk, 2722 Coventry Gardens Dr., and tenant, have been notified that all trash, litter, and debris must be removed from the property as well as any unlicensed/inoperable vehicles. They have failed to do so.
Bid Openings
Bids will be opened for clean up of the following properties: Pamela Nicholas, 1465 Hawthorne Dr.; James and Teresa Bohannon, 3884 Brandywine Dr.; Joseph Creech, 3409 Rothshire Cir.; Cody Clerkin and Ruth Simmons, 1259 Bending Willow Lane; Alfred and Jacqueline Woulums, 2874 Rupleton Way; and Alan Blessing heirs, 356 Honeylocust.
New Business
In new business, Mike Whitehead will discuss 437 W. Hayden Pike and 226 E. O&M Ave.
Also, Nonconcrete LLC (Jerry Greene) will speak regarding property at 504 E. O&M Ave, one of the old Greathouse buildings.
