Deputies with the Jennings County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on CR 350 West on a blue Chevrolet Cobalt after being clocked at a high rate of speed on March 3. During the traffic stop North Vernon Police canine Zobie and his partner, Shane Trepanier, were summoned to the scene.
