There is a problem in Jennings County that only seems to grow every year. Ask your neighbor or relative, if you haven't noticed this problem surely someone in your life has. It is so common that it even affects the woodland in our very back yards. The problem is feral cats and dogs. More specifically, the problem is a growing population of feral cats and dogs.

Animal Control pinning adoption hopes on their return to Indy mega pet event
Every year, over 1000 cats and dogs go up for adoption at the Indy Mega Adoption event, and last year some of these pets had been brought by Jennings County's very own shelter!

'Cute' was the word of the night at the annual Baby Pageant at the JC Fair Wednesday night. The annual pageant drew almost twice as many entries as last year's, which made the three judges' task incomprehensibly difficult.
