Opening day may be moved back
The Jennings County School Board will hold a special meeting virtually on Thursday, July 23 at 6 p.m to discuss the possibilty of postponing return to school date.
According to Superintendent Teresa Brown, the main reason for potentially pushing the date back is to give staff more time to prepare, complete technology training and ready classrooms for new safety requirements.
