NV woman faces drug, nonsupport charges
|A North Vernon woman remains in the Jennings County Jail after her arrest Thursday, March 12, on multiple felony charges.|
Jennings County sheriff's deputies and Indiana State Police troopers arrested Jenna Eveslage, 41, at her home in Indiana Gardens.
When deputies and troopers arrived to serve a pair of arrest warrants, they spotted Eveslage outside her home.
"When she observed police, she fled into the residence," said Maj. David Turner, chief deputy at the sheriff's office. "Eveslage was eventually called out of the residence and was taken into custody without incident."
Eveslage was arrested on two warrants, one on charges of possession of methamphetamine, a syringe, marijuana and and paraphernalia with a bond of $6,255, the other on a charge of nonsupport of a dependent child with a bond of $2,605.
