Clarence "J.B." Howard Jr., 51, of Crothersville died Thursday, May 11, 2017, at his residence.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services with the Rev. Anthony Sweeney officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday, May 16, 2017, from 4 until 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the services Wednesday, May 17, 2017. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery in Seymour.
Mr. Howard enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, camping, and collecting cars, stamps, and coins.
Born April 15, 1966, in Indianapolis, Mr. Howard was the son of Delphie White Howard and Clarence Howard Sr. He married Alicia Vandergriff November 22, 1986, in Indianapolis and she survives.
Along with his wife and mother, survivors include a son, Clarence "Clay" Howard III of Crothersville; daughter, Amy Howard of Butlerville; brothers, Lloyd and Elbert "Ebb" Howard, both of North Vernon; sister, Juanita Stevens of Butlerville; grandchildren, Logan Mitchell and Liam Bailey, both of Butlerville, and Jacob and Bri Howard, both of South Carolina.
Mr. Howard was preceded in death by his father and a brother, David Howard.
