Patricia Lynn "Patty" Flannery, 53, of Greensburg died at 3:28 a.m. Thursday, October 15, 2020, at her residence.
Funeral services were Monday, October 19, 2020, at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Burial was at Milford Cemetery in Greensburg.
Mrs. Flannery worked as a daycare provider and a home health aid for ResCare. She was a member of Eagle Riders 927 in Greensburg and a member and taught Sunday School for eight years at Macedonia Baptist Church in London, Kentucky. She enjoyed going to the casino, playing bingo, motorcycle riding, candy, reading the Bible and spending time with her grandchildren.
Born May 3, 1967, in Sneedville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Susie Jane Collins Hazelgrove and Robert Eugene Scudder. She married Bruce Flannery October 25, 1984, in Jonesville, Virginia and he preceded her in death April 10, 2014.
Survivors include her sons, Chester (Annie Cunningham) and Bruce Flannery, both of Greensburg; daughters, Jessica Collins-Franks of Greensburg, Malinda Halcomb of North Vernon, and Tanya (Billy) Gabbard of London, Kentucky; her mother of Greensburg; companion, Michael T. Gibson of Greensburg; brothers, Tommy (Angela) Collins of Westport, and Bobby and Rick Scudder, both of Greensburg; sisters, Kathy Dean-Collins, Gena Keihn, and Lisa Lawrence, all of Greensburg; grandchildren, Nova, Brandon, Bryce, Hunter, Shalyn, Alila, Jaylen, Daython, Addison, Timothy, and Thomas.
Mrs. Flannery was preceded in death by her father; husband; son, Brandon Flannery; stepfather, Wilbur Hazelgrove; and brother, Timothy Collins.
